Privacy Policy

CoreE-Pulse (“we”, “us”, “our”), supported by CoreGrand Group Inc., respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit coree-pulse.coregrandgroup.ca or purchase and use our product, Legacy: The Child Mentor Path, and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

• Account details — if you buy the dashboard option, we store your name and email address, and a securely hashed (never plain-text) password.
• Purchase details — for every purchase we keep a record of the order (amount, currency, date, and the email used at checkout). Card and banking details are entered directly into Stripe and are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number.
• Child’s first name — if you use the dashboard, you may enter the name of the child being mentored so it can appear on their completion certificate. This is the only child information we hold, and it is provided and controlled by you, the parent or guardian.
• Activity progress and optional notes — your week-by-week progress and any optional reflections you choose to type in the dashboard.
• Technical data — basic information such as a session cookie to keep you logged in, and standard server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) used for security and to operate the site.

How we use your information

• To deliver the book and provide access to your dashboard and certificate.
• To process your payment and keep order records for accounting and tax purposes.
• To send you essential service emails (for example, your download link, account activation, and reminders about your access period).
• To maintain the security and proper functioning of the platform.

How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the platform:

• Stripe — to process payments securely.
• Our web host — for the website and the Dashboard to function effectively.
• Email delivery — to send the service emails described above.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies, primarily to keep you signed in to your dashboard and to operate the site. If advertising is shown, third parties such as Google may set their own cookies; you can manage cookies in your browser settings.

Data retention and your choices

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard, which removes your account, progress, notes, and certificate. We retain anonymized purchase records (with personal identifiers removed) where needed for accounting and legal obligations.

Children’s privacy

Our accounts are intended to be created and managed by a parent or guardian, not by children. The only information relating to a child that we may hold is a first name you choose to enter for the completion certificate. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided us information without your consent, please contact us and we will remove it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including password hashing and serving the site over a secure connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
